🚐 General Rental Questions

What is included with my camper rental?

Our campers come equipped with the essentials you need for a comfortable camping trip. Depending on the camper, this may include kitchen supplies, cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, sleeping accommodations, and other amenities listed in the individual camper description.

Each camper listing will clearly explain what is included with that specific rental.

Do I have to tow the camper myself?

No! We offer professional delivery and setup throughout the region.

We can deliver the camper directly to your campground, set it up, and return to pick it up when your rental is complete.

If you prefer to tow the camper yourself, select the appropriate pickup/towing option when booking.

Where do you deliver?

We offer camper delivery within 500 miles of DeWitt, Iowa.

Delivery includes transporting the camper to your campsite, complete setup, and pickup when your rental is finished.

How much does delivery cost?

Our current delivery rate is:

$75 initial charge — includes up to 20 miles one way from DeWitt, Iowa.

$4 per mile thereafter, calculated one way from DeWitt, Iowa.

Delivery pricing is based on current travel and fuel costs and may change in the future. However, once your rental is booked, your quoted delivery price is locked in and will not increase.

Do you deliver to state parks and campgrounds?

Yes! We deliver to many campgrounds, state parks, private campgrounds, and other approved camping locations within our service area.

The campsite must be accessible to our tow vehicle and large enough to safely accommodate the camper.

Do I need to reserve the campsite?

Yes. You are responsible for reserving your campsite and ensuring that the site can accommodate the camper you are renting.

We recommend confirming the site's length, width, hookups, and access before booking.

Can you deliver to my house?

In many cases, yes! We can deliver to private residences, driveways, and other approved locations as long as the property is accessible and suitable for the camper.

Does the campsite need electric and water hookups?

Not necessarily. Our campers can be used at sites without full hookups, depending on the length of your stay and the camper's capabilities.

However, having electric, water, and sewer hookups can make your camping experience more convenient.

Will you level and set up the camper?

Yes. Our delivery service includes professional placement, leveling, and setup of the camper at your campsite.

We'll get everything ready so you can arrive and start enjoying your trip.

💳 Booking & Payment

How do I reserve a camper?

Choose the camper and rental dates you're interested in and contact us to begin the booking process.

Availability, pricing, delivery, and any applicable fees will be confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

When is payment due?

Security Deposit is due upon booking. Your rental fee is due upon pickup or delivery.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable security/damage deposit may be required depending on the rental.

If applicable, the deposit will be returned after the camper has been inspected and any applicable damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other charges have been resolved.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Minimum rental periods may vary depending on the camper, dates, holidays, and season.

What are the Check in and Check Out Times?

For most rentals, Check in or drop off will be at 3PM and Check out / Pickup will be at 11AM. If you need flexible pickup or dropoff times please contact us availability.

📅 Cancellations & Changes

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellation policies are outlined in your rental agreement and may vary depending on how far in advance you cancel.

We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before completing your booking.

Can I change my rental dates?

We will do our best to accommodate date changes when availability allows.

Date changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, pricing differences, or other applicable charges.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Camping weather can be unpredictable. Weather-related cancellations or changes are handled according to the cancellation policy in your rental agreement.

We strongly recommend considering travel insurance for larger or longer trips.

🐕 Pets & Smoking

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by camper. Please check the individual camper listing or contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Any approved pets must remain under control and may not cause damage to the camper.

Is smoking allowed inside the camper?

No. Smoking, vaping, and other tobacco or smoke-producing products are not permitted inside our campers.

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if this policy is violated.

🧼 Cleaning & Checkout

Do I have to clean the camper before returning it?

We ask that you leave the camper reasonably clean and remove all personal belongings and trash.

Normal cleaning is included as outlined in your rental agreement, but excessive cleaning, spills, stains, or other unusual messes may result in additional charges.

What happens at the end of my rental?

For delivered rentals, simply enjoy your final day and follow the checkout instructions provided to you.

We'll return to the campsite to pick up the camper at the scheduled time.

What if I accidentally damage something?

Please contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or stops working.

We understand that accidents happen. Prompt communication allows us to address the issue quickly and determine the appropriate next steps.

🚨 Problems During Your Trip

What if something stops working?

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. We'll do our best to troubleshoot the issue remotely and determine whether repairs or other assistance are needed.

What if the camper has a mechanical problem?

Our campers are inspected and maintained, but mechanical problems can occasionally happen.

If a problem occurs during your rental, contact us immediately. Do not attempt major repairs without contacting us first.

Is roadside assistance included?

Roadside assistance availability depends on the rental and delivery/towing arrangement. Ask us about roadside assistance coverage before your trip.

🚐 Towing Questions

What vehicle do I need to tow the camper?

Towing requirements vary by camper.

Your vehicle must have sufficient towing capacity, an appropriate hitch, and any required towing equipment.

Never rely solely on the vehicle's advertised maximum towing capacity. Your vehicle must be properly equipped and capable of safely towing the specific camper.

Can you help me determine if my vehicle can tow the camper?

Absolutely. Send us the year, make, model, trim, and engine of your vehicle and we'll help you determine whether it is appropriate for the camper.

Final responsibility for safe and legal towing remains with the renter.

Do you provide a hitch or towing equipment?

Towing equipment and requirements vary by camper. Please ask before booking if you plan to tow the camper yourself.

Do you provide linens?

Yes, linens are included with select campers. Check the individual camper listing for exactly what is provided.

Is the kitchen stocked?

Our campers are stocked with basic kitchen supplies as described in each individual listing.

Can I request additional items?

Can I rent a camper for a special event?

Absolutely! Our campers are great for family vacations, sporting events, festivals, weddings, reunions, tailgating, and other special events.
